uring the Anorexia Nervosa fotoshoot with Tabitha I decided to make an extra set of ‘creepy-effect’ pictures next to the actual project-shoot. These pictures turned out to be very cool and I wanted them to share them with you as well.

I thought it was a cool idea to spend some time on the Anorexia Nervosa disease as a subject for a school project. Especially because not a lot of folks understand the real impact and effects the disease can cause on most of its sufferers. Most girls (sometimes boys as well) go far beyond sanity by doing very twisted things to themselves in order to get thinner.
These pictures I’ve made give a good impression of what they try to accomplish. Puking and taking laxatives pills for example are some actions that ‘help’ them. Losing hair and sometimes committing suicide, when they can’t live on anymore with the disease, can be the outcome of those acts.
The model shown on these pictures is Tabitha. To create a maximum Anorexia-effect, I made her look a lot thinner than she actually is by using Photoshop.
